Unlike many coaches in the fitness industry, I didn't start out fit.

 

I started overweight, insecure, and unsure where to begin.

At 18 years old I weighed over 145kg.

I lost over 60kg in 13 months — and I’ve kept it off for more than a decade.

 

I know exactly what it feels like to be overweight, frustrated, and stuck — trying different diets, workouts, and quick fixes that never last.

Over the last decade I rebuilt my body, my mindset, and my approach to training. That journey led me to create Weight Loss Lab, a system designed specifically to help men lose weight, rebuild their confidence, and take back control of their health.

I work with men who are tired of starting over.

Men who want real, lasting results — not another temporary fix.

 

My coaching combines evidence-based training, practical nutrition strategies, and behavioral structure designed specifically for men who struggle with weight loss.

No extreme diets or gimmicks.

HOW DO I HELP GUYS LOSE WEIGHT AND KEEP IT OFF?

I do things a little differently. 

Most trainers and coaches have a one-size-fits-all approach to weight loss, but in the real world, that's just not viable.

What I do instead is:

Step 1: Diagnose

I don't give you a generic plan.

I diagnose what is broken metabolically and identify any barriers which have stopped you losing weight in the past.

Following this, we build a highly personalised strategy to achieve your weight loss goals and overcome the barriers holding you back.

Step 2: Treat

I work with you to apply the strategy and give you the accountability and support you need to stay on track.

You'll eat and workout in a way that works with your body and lifestyle, not against it.

You'll build sustainable habits that stick and lose weight with ease.

 

Step 3: Automate

Once we fix your metabolic function, the system becomes self sustaining, so you'll actually keep the weight off for good!

 

You'll be able to enjoy the food and lifestyle you love, and you'll know how to maintain your physique without relying on restrictive diets, apps, calorie counters or forever coaching.

Hi, I’m Dominik.

I’m the founder of Weight Loss Lab, a transformation platform designed to help men lose weight by working with their bodies, not against them.

For many men, weight loss feels like a constant battle.

 

They watch others succeed while wondering why nothing ever seems to work for them. They start questioning their motivation, discipline, or whether something is wrong with them.

Weight Loss Lab exists to break that cycle.

For most of my life, I was the overweight kid — bullied, excluded, and deeply ashamed of how I looked. Despite loving the water and the beach, I never swam without a shirt on. Even short walks could leave me drenched in sweat and embarrassed. Eventually I withdrew from the world and spent most of my time playing computer games.

Like many people struggling with weight, I tried everything.

Weight Watchers.
Lite n’ Easy.

Keto, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, carnivore, intermittent fasting. Cleanses, supplements, infomercial products — if it promised weight loss, I probably tried it.

For years I was stuck in the same cycle.

Until something finally clicked.

I realised the problem wasn’t that I lacked discipline — the problem was that I was fighting my biology instead of understanding it.

That discovery led me to develop the system I now call Neuro Metabolic Adaptation, which helped me lose over 60kg in 13 months.

It’s the same system I now use to help clients around the world transform their lives. Some lose 10–20kg, many lose 50–70kg, and my biggest transformation client has now lost over 130kg.

Across my coaching career, the people I’ve worked with have lost almost three tonnes of weight combined.

No drugs.
